Why we need food
Why does our bodies need food?School lunches are balanced so students constraint more.Our bodies don't need high sugar food they need healthy food.These are good carbohydrates such as brown rice,kumara,whole grain pasta,There are bad carbohydrates such as potatoes chippies mustard.
Sugar is something which is really bad for you,If you buy a package and it says sugar free it's a code for 100% fat.In carlton school lunches sugar is found in biscuits,cakes,slices or chips,muesli bars,low fat yogurt and fruit.If you eat too much sugar you can gain weight or get tooth decay and you can get anxiety,diabetes.If you keep on eating sugar you just want more and more.Sugar is found in 80% of food we eat.
Protein burns fat slowly as well as itself. In school lunches protein provides meat in sandwiches dairy products and milk.Protein helps student concentration more.It affects their growth.It also helps their muscles move in there body.
What I think of healthy school lunches is that they don't take any sugar foods to school.The healthiness in school lunches is by getting protein in students bodies.Healthy school lunches are balanced by carbohydrates and that makes the students more active In the playground.
Now we know why we need food.Healthy food makes our bodies active.Sugary food makes us gain weight and have tooth decay.Protein helps us concentrate more.So school lunches should be balanced.
