Are you sick of spending and wasting your money on sugar for your kids or family members, wait you probably aren't but healthy food is way better then junk food. Did you know if you eat to much junk and sugars you can gain weight loose concentration and get diabetes. Diabetes doesn't always happen because you eat to much sugar or junk food it can happen many different ways. I know about this because two of my family members were diagnosed with diabetes. They were not diagnosed because they ate to much sugar or junk food they were diagnosed for another reason. When you have diabetes you have to take lots of injections. You also have to be careful on what you eat. When you have diabetes you cant have lots of sugar or junk food. This is why you shouldn't eat lots of sugar and junk food.

Rutherford Juinor High sewing term 3 week 3

In term 3 rooms 14, 15 and 1/2 are going to Rutherford Junior High. Room 15 is learning Irish dancing and sewing. I'm doing sewing, first we drew a monster as big as a A4 peace of paper. Then we garbed our fabric. We had to fold it in half and we cut out our monster and we pined our monster on our fabric.Then we cut out our monster on the fabric. Then we used some scraps for our eyes and mouth some people were going to use buttons on there monsters. In Week 3 we got some decorations to put on our monster then we blanket sewed our eyes on our monster I have done my monsters face. Next week we are going to finish sewing our monster then we are going to stuff our monster with the fluff that goes in pillows. I cant wait util my monster is done.

Hello, G'day, Namaste, Hola, Bonjour, Guten tag, Salaam, Ni hau, Nay hoh welcome to the untold story of chrome man I am your host Stephen butter curry.Yes yes we are going to bring chrome man on the show today if you didn't know chrome man does have a real name and his name is Autumn Tiffany Paris. It might sound like a girl's name because it is his mum Maci thought he was a girl for 5 years because she never changed his nappies and his dad Mateo would always get him dressed because Maci was always busy.His sisters and brother was mean to him oh there names are Maeve,liana,Alena,Milani,Aryanna His brother's name is Emiliano. Lets cut to the chase chrome man is the only one with supper powers in his family.His family doesn't know that he is chrome man and his sisters Love him when he is chrome man because they don't know.Oh I forgot to tell you guys what chrome mans super powers are well when ever someone need there electronics to charge or to work properly he just dose it in 5 seconds."Ring ring" oh my phones ringing just wait for ten minutes, Hello Stephen butter curry here how can I help you 'Um Its me mum Autumn I'm not coming into the show today' Oh you should of said bye love you.Okay okay now you know my secret.

Once upon a time there lived 'wait what I didn't tell you to start the story yet you ugly thing' Okay miss alexus,Hi i'm maz boom my boss is alexus we use to be best friends back in kindergarten but something happen'd. Right now we are shooting a show and i'm the story teller so yeah oh and she is the director and I don;t really know what to say she gave me a book with a five dollar note in it not even words so I have to make it up 'Excuse me who are you talking to ugly boom' Um its maz boom not ugly boom Boss 'Don't talk back to me and don't call me boss or I will Punish you like I did with that piece of bark' But she doesn't even work here and her name is Koshy. FIVE hours later....... Miss alexus can we start now. NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOO DON'T EVEN TALK TO ME UGLY BOOM' whats wrong miss alexus why are you saying no 'Um because I might loose my my' what your job miss alexus 'NO you ugly thing i'm going to loose my shoes because i'm giving them to a new person who works here her name is Keisha' wait Keisha Keisha Keisha oh my star that's my dogs baby sister 'and at least she gets the job done' but miss alexus 'Nope no talking your fired' but 'NOW MOVE IT' okay.I cant believe that i'm crying just because I lost a job "KNOCK KNOCK" I hear the door knock I might open it.'Excuse me mam is this your dog'  Oh no my dog is dead thank you paw patrol.NOW my dog dump is dead I don't even know how. My holiday

What a lovely day lets go girls' mum said I hoped in the glimmer'y creamy colored van my sister and i didn't know were we were going then we saw the wonderful HUNTERS PLAZA in papatoetoe, we strolled into the beautiful building it was so busy like a gorillas stomach after it ate. My Mum,sister and I grind so hard as we saw the big sale at K MART we ran as fast as the furious to the glittery pockadot clothes in k mart, we tried to keep a limit of money but we went over the limit there were lots of things like huge colorful books and fantastic shoes with bright colors oh you cant forget all the arts and crafts if you don't believe me the makeup was on the humongous Sale ever.My sister and I ran to all the glamorous cloths sparkly in our eyes I said to my sister 'if this was emoji world I would have the love heart in the eyes emoji' my sister agreed then we garbed lots I mean LOTS of clothes that sparkled everywhere we turned.IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!
